Greece - Rhodes

We revisited Greece in 2015, exactly thirty years since we had spent our honeymoon there We first visited the Peloponnese, before flying to Rhodes (this album). Rhodes is a beautiful island, and again packed with history. After first visiting the medieval Rhodes Town* (built by the Knights Hospitaller), we toured around the island, visiting Ancient Ialyssos, Ancient Kamiros, Monolithos, Epta Piges, Tsambikas, Angelos and the peerless Lindos (see map). We even found a medieval church dedicated to St Nicholas of the Hazelnut! (* = UNESCO World Heritage Site)
