Sweden - Stockholm

We like to visit a different Christmas Market each year, and to take a few days to explore the city and its surroundings. In 2019 we visited Stockholm in Sweden, a country I have visited many times on business but never as a tourist. We wandered around the Old Town (Gamla Stam), visiting the Royal Palace and Cathedral (Storkyrkan). We also visited the impressive Vasa Museum (the mighty warship wrecked on its maiden voyage in 1628) and the Skansen Open Air Museum. We also took a short (and invigorating) boat trip on the archipelago. We need to go back and explore more of the country!
